Okay without breaking the laws of physics for those guys who try to make more energy out then they put in. For years I've been explaining the truth about overunity here is a picture on how many people wanted to know the truth about overunity. But I'm not the only one who has been explaining how to achieve V / 1, switching back and forth between two objects was explained by Nikolai Tesla years ago it helps the performance of whatever you are alternating check out this; 

The rotor weighs about five pounds (2 Kg) and is very heavy for its size, because it is constructed from flooring laminate, and has a thickness of 1.875 inches (48 mm) to match the width of the magnets. There are ten magnets size 1.875" x 0.875" x 0.25" (48 mm x 22 mm x 6 mm) which are assembled in pairs, to produce the most evenly matched magnetic sets possible. That is, the strongest is put together with the weakest, the second most strong with the second weakest, and so on to produce the five sets, each half an inch (12 mm) thick. These pairs are embedded in the rotor at equal 72O centres around the edge of the rotor.

The battery pulsing produced by this circuit is the same as shown in John Bedini's patent already mentioned. As the rotor turns, the trigger winding energises the 2N3055 transistor which then drives a strong pulse through the winding shown in red in the diagram above. The voltage spike which occurs when the drive current is suddenly cut off, is fed to the battery being charged. This happens five times during a single revolution of the rotor.

The clever variation introduced here, is to position a pick-up coil opposite the driving/charging coil. As there are five magnets, the drive/charging coil is not in use when a magnet is passing the pick-up coil. The driving circuit is not actually active at this instant, so the micro switch is used to disconnect the circuit completely from the driving battery and connect the pick-up coil to the driving battery. This feeds a charging pulse to the driving battery via the bridge of 1N4007 high-voltage diodes. This is only done once per revolution, and the physical position of the micro switch is adjusted to get the timing exactly right.

This arrangement produces a circuit which in addition to pulsing the battery bank under charge, but also returns current to the driving battery.

The Tesla Switch. The Tesla Switch is covered in more detail in Chapter 5, but it is worth mentioning it again here as it does perform battery charging. The similarity ends there, because the Tesla switch does the battery charging while the circuit is providing serious current into a load. Also, the Tesla switch uses only four batteries, and still is capable of driving a thirty horsepower motor, which is the equivalent of 22 kilowatts of electrical power.

The simple circuit shown here was used by testers of the Electrodyne Corp. over a period of three years using ordinary vehicle lead-acid batteries. During that time, the batteries were not only kept charged by the circuit, but the battery voltage climbed to as much as 36 volts, without any damage to the batteries.

If the voltage on a battery under load actually increases, it is reasonable to assume that the battery is receiving more power than that delivered to the load (a load is a motor, a pump, a fan, lights, or any other electrical equipment). As this is so, and the circuit is not connected to any visible outside source of energy, it will be realised that there has to be an outside source of energy which is not visible. If the circuit is provided with powerful enough components, it is perfectly capable of powering an electric car at high speeds, as has been demonstrated by Ronald Brandt. This indicates that the invisible source of outside energy is capable of supplying serious amounts of additional power. It should also be remembered that a lead-acid battery does not normally return anything like 100% of the electrical energy fed into it during charging, so the outside source of energy is providing additional current to the batteries as well as to the load.

So, how does this circuit manage to do this? Well, it does it in exactly the same way as the battery pulse-charging circuits in that it generates a very sharply rising voltage waveform when it switches from its State 1 to its State 2 (as shown in detail earlier). This very rapid switching unbalances the local quantum energy field, causing major flows of energy, some of which enters this circuit and powers both the circuit and the load. Although it does use four batteries, and the batteries do get charged through the generation of sharp pulses, this is not a circuit which charges massive battery banks so that they can power a load at some later time.

I asked a simple question why doesn't your capacitor charge since you are putting 12 volts in and only taking off 1.5 that capacitor should be constantly charging so why does his apparatus run down. I now just neutralize  The effects I don't want that means I'm not going to use high amps and therefore I'm charging the battery very slowly, but this takes time thus I use another set of batteries which have already took the time to charged up therefore I switch over to those fresh batteries and I keep hooking batteries on to it that will be charging up which means The time in between can be dissipated  By forward thinking And relaying the batteries by charging them all up and jumping to them when the others need to charge up I said neutral so in this case what am I losing space these tend to be quite big and cumbersome. But I will go back to using a motor hook to a motor to save space but I'll have to lose something but when I do it won't matter I'll be able to Work around the problem Because I understand both sides of what I'm losing when I gain on the other side. One of the reasons why I went off grid as much as possible, being parsley off grid all the time but being prepared to go off-grid all the way. I've always didn't believe some of the outrageous things that we're being said but I always wanted to be prepared in case something out of the ordinary happened. What do I mean let me show you what I mean by out of the ordinary.

The above video was the original video and the one below is his second response on his statement and what happened keep in mind we want you to know that is so much more to this this is just one aspect of what's going on and why you should consider being more independent and going off grid.

Now if you watch this let's give you a few more videos not on the same subject but again another reason why you should be taking your Independence seriously and start doing the things you need to do to be self-sufficient Off the Grid.

You need to become more independent not just me or giving you the means to becoming more independent yes this will affect the way you live but the people who and half started already are going to be better off than the people who just blow this off and dismissed it as propaganda.  But that isn't our Point again our point is for the people who understands that we need to take the proper action and protect against something or nothing it's called being prepared or if you would like insurance. And keep in mind this insurance you buy one time and you don't have to worry about it again or pay a monthly subscription for the rest of your life why do we fall for those types of insurance. My forward thoughts on the subject
If this subject is not legal then there's no way that self-driving cars can be legal. Things that are pulled are not considered vehicles.
The right to travel by other means than cars or trucks or what we considered automobiles should still be under the right to travel which is not a privilege but a right. Food For Thought for those who need to get from one place to another but are restricted by law to do so.

We do not know any known legal laws that would prevent someone from having this type of carriage , wagon  or buggy

Buggy or carriage horse driven vehicles have been used in New York and religious groups the Amish. Now in our time and date 20/20 is it possible to upgrade to a mechanical driven horse basically four wheels and some type of motor that pulls a carriage or buggy legal.

If no one can tell us about any laws that would govern this type of activity then we should start seeing different styles of these buggies, carriages, wagons, or would ever else falls into this category let's see some of the pictures below.

Do you want to know the secret of Tesla oh, it's very simple it is alternating your power source, alternating your batteries to give them to recharge before you read use them everyone knows this little secret but they do it after only depleting the source of power before they even think about recharging. I've said this many years ago and no one could understand what I was talking about oh, now they just do it without even knowing that they are doing it since we have cell phones that you can plug into the wall and talk while it charges and you use it at the same time this is the V it's a signed for fluctuating or vibrating the power source in which it comes from this is known as over Unity. I been studying this for many many years and when I was reading Tesla I noticed that he use alternating power sources both battery and electrical current, he even use fluctuating Magnum Force that means he spun the force jumping to coil to coil to coil and let the object race that magnetic spin. I can name all the things he use as he used this trick a lot. And still people don't get it they just say you got a battery use it and then after it's dead recharged it. So when I do the opposite I charge the battery and then tap the power source of the battery for only a microsecond while jumping to a fresh battery and letting the one I just use charged back up because I get a faster charge rate and my battery never goes did doing this because I'm always alternating two enough batteries in the system to give me a rotation back to the original battery which is now fully charged and raring to go.

So thank you for letting me spout my nonsense but keep in mind if you want to run a motor generator then just follow this diagram and tell people the truth this is over Unity which means just going over to the other side is one one of the best uses of the term not more power out than in anyone using this term doesn't know what they're talking about. They can say overpowered machine or unit and they would be correct because now they're talkin about the power source having such great density that when you give a little power out and fluctuate over to the other side which is the generator the generator now charges the battery and you have a cycle. All of these apparatus work but have one filling point, because they do not have a switch which can be a simple homemade Reed switch which allows the electricity to switch from sending electricity to the motor to allowing the electricity from the generator to flow back into the capacitor. In every one of the above pictures the capacitor does all the work and is able to do so into it runs down. The electricity from the generator never goes into the capacitor because the capacitor can't do two things at the same time if water is coming out of a hose you can't force water back into the holes at the same time this is what's happening. So stop the impedance, simply use the the over one which means switched from the power source to the generating source and then back again to the power source that means switch from the motor to the generator and then when you see what's happening is it's creating a cycle charge-discharge charge-discharge. Now if you're not taking too much electricity off your power source the power source will stay study at 1 rate.
